is an offshoot of the Association of Management Analysts.  The Board of Trustees of the Association of Management Analysts on a resolution decided to upgrade the Association to Chartered-ship with the name Chartered Institute of Management Analysts and Administrators.

The Association of Management Analysts is a professional body duly registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission in full compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act, CAMA, 1990 with Incorporation Number CAC/IT/NO 130282.

The Chartered Institute of Management Analysts and Administrators is established under the Chartered-ship HB No. 1559, 2024.
